green chilly paste Gm 5
jeera pwd. Gm 10
ginger, garlic paste Gm 15
garam masala pwd. Gm 5
lime juice Ml 15
salt Gm 10
Method:   

1.  Clean the fish, make the gashes, apply salt and lemon juice, ginger garlic paste.

2.  Make the marinade with the curd and rest of the ingridients.

3.  Put it on skewer and cook it in hot tandoor frequently basting it with butter.

Plating Specification and Standard garnish:   
laccha onion mint chutney, papad cone.
