| Method: |

1. Cut the fruits and vegetables into bite size shape.
2. Make a marination with the salad oil, red chilli pwd,lime juice, chatt masala.
3. To this marinade add the piceses of fruits and vegetables.
4. Marinate it for 15-20 mins finish offit in hot tandoor.
