Cauliflower Gm 800
Hung Curd Gm 240
Turmeric Pwd. Gm 5
Ginger Garlic Paste Gm 15
Saunf Powder Gm 5
Cardamon Powder Gm 5
Garam Masala Gm 10
Salt Gm 5
Mustard Oil Ml 15
Method:   

1.  Blanch the cauliflower inboiling salted water & turmeric.
2.  Make the marinade with hung curd and spies.
3.  Add to the marinade the cauliflower for 45 min.
4.  Put it on skewers and cook it in hot tandoor basting it with butter.
Plating Specification and Standard garnish:   

laccha onion, mint chutney, papad cone.
