Turmeric Pwd. Gm 5
Ginger Garlic Paste Gm 15
Saunf Powder Gm 5
Cardamon Powder Gm 5
Garam Masala Gm 10

Mustard Oil Ml 15
Onion Cubes Gm 50
Tomato Cubes Gm 50
Capsicum Cubes Gm 50
Method:   

1.  Make a marinade with hung curd and spices.

2.  Add it to marinade the cubes of onion & tomato capsicum.

3.  Put it on the skewers and cook it in hot tandoor frequently baste it with butter.

Plating Specification and Standard garnish:   

laccha onion, mint chutney, papad cone.
