Ingredients:

Mustard Pwd. Gm 20
Mustard Oil Gm 50
Garam Masala Gm 10
Red Chilly Pwd Gm 10
Jeera Pwd. Gm 10
Hung Curd Gm 240
Salt Gm 10
Lemon Juice Gm 15
Ajwain Gm 10
Ginger, Garlic Paste Gm 15
Turmeric Pwd. Gm 5
Method:   

1.  Clean the fish cubes and marinate with salt, lime juice, ginger garlic paste.

2.  Make a marinade with lime juice ginger garlic paste.

3.  Mahung curd mustard oil mustard pwd, jeera pwd, ajwain and marinate the fish & keep aside.

4.  Put it in skewers and cook it in ho.
Plating Specification and Standard garnish:   

laccha onion, mint chutney, papad cone.
