Ingredients:

Besan Gm 250
Salt   to Taste
Baking Powder   1 tea spoon
Water    
Oil for frying    
For Kadhi:
Item Unit Quantity
Curd Gm 200 Gram
Curry leaf   8-10 no
Mustard Seeds   ½ teaspoon
Red Chilly Powder   2 nos.
Hing   1 pinch
Ghee   1 tablespoon
Besan Gm 50 gram
Sugar   1 tea spoon
Method:   

for Pakodi

1. Mix besan salt baking powder and water.
2. Make a thick batter.
3.  Heat the oil.
4. Make Pakodi and deep fry and keep aside.

for Kadhi

1. Heat the pan and put ghee.
2. Put hing, mustard and curry leaf.
3.  Put besan and stir it continuously.
4. When good roasting smell will come add beaten curd and water.

5.  Seasoning with salt and sugar.
6.  Add Pakodi and simmer in low heat.
7. When Pakodi soak the curry remove from heat.
8.  Serve with rice.
