Ingredients:

Pomfret(Dame) Gm 850
Coconut (grated) Gm 200
Green Chillies (Slit) Gm 15
Coriander seeds Gm 20
Cumin seeds Gm 5

Dry Red Chillies Gm 10
Onion (chopped) Gm 50
Turmeric Gm 5
Tomatoes (chopped) Gm 30
Teflam Gm 10
Kokum Gm 5
Peppercons Gm 5
Tamarind Pulp Gm 20
Salt Gm 15
Oil Ml 20
Method:   

1.  Wash,clean and pat dry the dernes,mix with salt,mix all the ingredients except the tamarind,teflam,kokum,grind it to a fine paste.

2.  Remove masala from the grinder,heat oil,saute onion.

3.  Add masala,green chillies,teflam,tomatoes,kokum.

4.  Boil the masala add fish reduce the flame , season.

Plating Specification and Standard garnish:   

Fried green chillies.
