Paneer Tikka Gm 480
Garlic (chopped) Gm 15
Coriander Leaves (chopped) Gm 25
Peri Peri Masala Gm 100
Salt Gm 5
Oil Ml 10
Method:   

1.  Heat oil,Saute Garlic.

2.  Add Peri Peri Masala,salt.

3.  Stir fry.

4.  Toss the Paneer tikkas in the Masala.

Plating Specification and Standard garnish:   
Laccha Onion,paper cone,Spring Onion.
