Ingredients:

Cabbage Gm 750
Mustard Seeds Gm 5
Curry Leaves Gm 5
Coconut Gm 20
Ginger Garlic Paste Gm 15
Green Chilli Gm 5
Coriander Leaves Gm 10
Jeera Gm 5
Hing Gm 2
Salt Gm 5
Oil Ml 20
Green peas    
Method:   

1.  Heat Oil, Add Mustard Seeds, Hing Jeera, Curry Lvs.

2.  Add the shredded cabbage to above mixture and toss it well.

3.  Add a grated coconut, corriander leaves and adjust the seasoning.

Plating Specification and Standard garnish:   

Corriander leaves and grated coconut.
