Executive Chef Rupam Banik
Mr. Rupam Banik started his hotel career in 1998 in Gujrat. Today he is an accomplished chef who is using his excellent culinary skills to spread magic of cooking. Presently Mr. Banik is working as an Executive Chef in Pride Hotel with a vision to set the best kitchen.

Chef Banik has gained expertise in all areas of kitchen management from his thirteen years of experience in the food catering and hospitality industry. Chef Rupam after passing B.A. in Psychology Hons. from Ranchi University, went ahead to achieve his diploma in Food Production from National Institute of Science and Management, Chennai in 2002.
He is also certified as a professional in 'TRAIN THE TRAINER' program from Intercontinental the Grand Resort, Goa. During his glorious thirteen years in the hotel industry, chef Rupam has shown his talent in different hotels and resturants across India. His experience ranges working in Jaypee Palace Hotel, Agra to Intercontinental the Grand Resort, Goa. The chef has also shown his delightful cooking in Express Hotel & Resort, Jamnagar, Fortune Hotel of ITC Group, Radisson White Sands Resort, Goa, Goldfinch Boutique Hotel & Resturant etc.

Till recently he was attached with Peerless Inn, Kolkata as an Executive Chef. In the leadership of Rupam Aaheli Restaurant got the best Bengali Food Restaurant Award from the Times Food. Chef Rupam has not only shown magic with his finger in cooking, but his fingers also show magic in playing Guiter. He has played guiter in Bihar, Orissa, Mumbai, Madhya Pradesh, and Jharkhand. Chef Banik has served celebrities like Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Parvej Musharaf, Amitabh Bachchan, Avishek Bachchan, Anil Ambani, Amar Singh and others. Chef Rupam has already fulfilled his dream of delighting thousands with his mouth watering recipes. But still he is experimenting everyday to invent new dishes to spread his food magic. He also shares his recipes in different magazines like Sananda, Natun Alo etc.
